Leadership Autentic – Leadership Autentic graduates are youngsters aged between 14 and 18 years old, who start to improve their leadership potential starting from high school. At the end of 2010, Leadership Autentic numbered 500 graduates, 500 future leaders with the potential to make transformations for good for the local community and Romanian society.

LEADERS Education – LEADERS Education graduates are young students aged between 18 and 25 years old, students of partner universities, interested in gaining leadership knowledge and putting them into practice. They benefit from a complete training program with top trainers and Romanian top leaders.

LEADERS School – The program was specially created to have a strong impact in the professional and personal evolution of young Romanian students aged between 18 and 25 years old, who manifest the will to develop and a signifying involvement in extra-curricular activities. LEADERS School participants have leadership potential, want to have a rapid and strong career evolution, appreciate learning through real examples and the growth inside an elitist community. After two years from its release, LEADERS School is proud to number over 200 graduates.

LEADERS Academy – The program is addressed to those aged between 25 and 35 years old, who have experience in leading teams. Graduates of the program are top performers, who are still in leading positions and who want to develop their leadership abilities. The end of 2010 marks the exceed of 50 graduates at LEADERS Academy.

Conferences – The participants to LEADERS conferences are passionate about leadership, have experience in various domains, coming from positions of middle and top management, entrepreneurs and alumni from our programs.
