Developing partnerships with NGO-s and coordinating our efforts towards strengthening the leadership component in the Romanian society. As a part of the civic society, LEADERS Foundation is dedicated in enriching the role of NGO-s as basic agents of change, and we believe that change and the progress of Romania will be achieved only through the common action of more organizations.

NGO Partners
	Through Educativa we transmit for more than two years, information about the LEADERS programs to young Romanian students who are interested in the opportunity of studying abroad.

	Starting from 2007 LEADERS Foundation brought to discussion the concept of social entrepreneurship, today the organization itself acting like a social enterprise. Next to RoPot we bring towards the participants of LEADERS School the concept of social entrepreneurship.
	The partnership with LEAP started in 2010 facilitates the access of the beneficiaries of LEADERS to the professional orientation component, and next to them we bring forward the importance of non-formal education in the life of youngsters.
	We support the idea of creating a resources center for the student organizations and we were happy to start a collaboration with the very enthusiastic team from CROS.
