LEADERS Board of Advisors reunites the elites and Romanian leaders who offer consultancy to LEADERS Foundation regarding the long term strategy of the organization. Also, they offer their support punctually, in the implementation of this strategy and the development of the organization. The group has a variety of competences, the expertise area being very diverse, each member representing a distinct industry.

The Board Members are people who have developed a long term relationship with the organization, their recruitment being made considering the support each one has brought along time. Beside the support function, the role of BOA is to raise the notoriety of the organization and to associate it with powerful voices in leadership, management, and consultancy. They are ambassadors of LEADERS, and their support is a guarantee of the quality of our programs.
