A feminine leadership style is what we value through the development of the project Feminine Leadership. Traits such as empathy, trust, creativity, innovation and motivation, are the basis of this new leadership style we call the feminine leadership style.

Feminine Leadership is organized as a one day conference, which takes place one a year and through which we want to emphasize a new leadership style, based on feminine traits such as emotions, openness, creativity and innovation. Our vision is to bring in front of the new generation of young managers and entrepreneurs, authentic leaders with a feminine style, dedicated to the will to be efficient leaders and make themselves followed.

At the conference we dedicate a whole day to the feminine spirit, the will to change, to overcome limits, the feminine leadership as a way of life.
